Although this is a new company logo appearing in the Lehigh Valley, Sherri and Frank Casilio, the owners and operators of Four Winds Concrete are not new to the concrete industry. That is where the truly personal aspect of this company's foundation begins. The Casilio's have four sons, and like many families, they are unique individuals. North, South, East and West; like the four winds. Sherri and Frank represent the third generation in the Ready Mix Industry and their sons are the fourth generation.

Four Winds Concrete Inc. was founded in June of 2004. Four Winds was started because Sherri and Frank Casilio believed there was a need in the Lehigh Valley for a small company philosophy based on service and quality while utilizing the latest in technology for dispatch, delivery and reclamation of raw materials including water reuse.
